On 25th of March in the Incubator of Creative Industries a workshop „Digitization in 10 steps“ was held. Workshop was led by prof.dr.sc. Nedeljko Štefanić, expert for digitalization and industry 4.0.

The workshop was intended for large and SMEs that had the opportunity to acquire knowledge about the implementation of digital transformation in 10 steps. European Commission, in the programming period 2021-2027 especially encourages companies to their digital and green transformation and provides financial resources for their implementation, so this workshop showed entrepreneurs the direction in which to lead their companies.
 
Through an interactive workshop, attendees had the opportunity to analyze the existing ICT resources in the company, discuss plans related to budgeting the necessary financial resources for digital transformation, consider the optimization of their business processes.
 
Entrepreneurs presented the communication channels they use and software solutions for the digital transformation of the company and in addition to the above, they analyzed the development of a green strategy and discussed product life cycle. They also worked on the examples of their own companies in order to create a smart, connected and green company that will approach today's trends and thus achieve good business results. 

Professor dr.sc. Nedeljko Štefanić presented the Culis methodology. This methodology enables companies and organizations of all sizes to comprehensively transform products and business processes. This methodology also consists of Lean Transformation, Digital Transformation and Green Transformation. The workshop was held as part of the Digital Information Hub, established by Enter Koprivnica.
